Here’s a Top 10 award-winner in the category “Weather” from the recent WPJA international contest:

JUDGES COMMENTS: Good, different interpretation which speaks to energy behind the lens and an ability to see the not so obvious. Good postcard or reminder of the day for the couple in the church, getting married on a rainy day. The repetition of the circular elements of the scene doesn’t hurt either.
